Core Making

Precision Iso-Cure cores are produced on a variety of core making equipment with different maximum core box capacities to ensure premium quality cores specific to your needs. In-house capability of 1 to 150-pound core assembly.

Our Equipment

• The Laempe LFB-50 is an automated coring machine with robotic onload. It provides high-quality continuous operation core making. 

• Horizontal and/or vertical capabilities

• Shoot volume of 50 to 200 liters 

• 1.400 mm maximum injection range 

• Four (4), Osborn 7-G Iso-Cure core-making machines (10" x 20" x 17") 

• One (1) A-12 Iso-Cure core-making machine (17" x 17" x 14")

• One (1) Pep-set shooter core-making (30" x 48" x 14") 

• Ability to purchase cores from outside strategic vendors when part design requires.
