Metal Testing and Analysis

Our Metals Lab checks the chemistry of every heat of iron before being transferred from our melting furnaces and verifies each holding furnace before tapping a single ladle of iron. Additionally, each ladle is validated for proper chemistry to achieve required mechanical properties.
